It tracks down Foursquare check ins from your 'friends' (the inverted quotes borrowed from the app description' and warns you about it, so you can avoid any familiar human contact. Why anyone would want this app is beyond me. Upon closer inspection, it will surely come in handy for those souls who have borrowed a big load of cash from friends or are obviously avoiding their pals after a screw up of ginormous proportions.
